The partnership
One booking for the venue, one caterer who knows the hall
LA Mirage Convention Center is a wedding and convention venue at Koratty in Thrissur district. Kiriyanthan's is its catering partner: when you book LA Mirage through la-mirage.in, you book our catering in the same place.
As the venue's catering partner we work to LA Mirage's schedule for your event: our arrival, set-up and service times follow the venue's plan for the day, so you are not coordinating two timetables. Your menu is still planned with you, dish by dish, exactly as it would be anywhere else; see Menu & Packages.
Two businesses are involved and your paperwork keeps them separate: LA Mirage is your venue; FOOD CAFE CATERERS (Kiriyanthan's) is your caterer and issues the catering invoices. Our kitchen is at Mookkannoor in Ernakulam district, a short distance from Koratty.
Booking
How catering is booked on la-mirage.in
- Book your venue. Start at la-mirage.in/booking, choose your date and add catering to your venue booking. LA Mirage's catering coordinator can help you with the catering part of the booking.
- Menu and per-plate rate. We agree the menu with you and confirm a per-plate rate in writing. Rates are on request. GST at 5% is added on the invoice.
- Catering advance. An advance of ₹15,000, including GST, confirms the catering booking. It is paid to FOOD CAFE CATERERS, online through Razorpay.
- Final count and balance. The balance (final guest count × per-plate rate, plus GST, less the advance) is payable at least 7 days before the event.

Invoices, GST and who you pay
- Invoices are in our name. Every catering invoice is a GST tax invoice issued by FOOD CAFE CATERERS, GSTIN 32APFPJ3319B1ZL, not by LA Mirage.
- GST is 5% (SAC 996334). The advance of ₹15,000 already includes GST; the per-plate rate is quoted before GST, which is added on the balance invoice.
- You pay us directly. Catering payments go to FOOD CAFE CATERERS, through Razorpay for online payments. LA Mirage does not collect catering money; venue payments go to LA Mirage separately.
- Cancellations follow LA Mirage's policy. For events at LA Mirage, cancellation, rescheduling and refunds of the catering amounts follow LA Mirage's cancellation policy, as summarised in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

Do I have to use Kiriyanthan's if my event is at LA Mirage?
We are LA Mirage's catering partner, and catering is offered with the venue booking on la-mirage.in; for what the venue itself requires, check with LA Mirage when you book. For the food, talk to us directly at any time: see contact.
Who do I pay for the catering?
FOOD CAFE CATERERS (Kiriyanthan's), directly, through Razorpay for online payments. LA Mirage does not collect catering payments; venue payments go to LA Mirage separately.
How much is the catering advance?
₹15,000, including GST. It confirms your catering booking. The balance is due at least 7 days before the event, after you confirm the final guest count.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every catering invoice is a GST tax invoice from FOOD CAFE CATERERS, GSTIN 32APFPJ3319B1ZL, with GST at 5%.
What if the event is cancelled or moved?
Catering at LA Mirage follows LA Mirage's cancellation policy: the advance is non-refundable if you cancel, rescheduling is possible once if requested in writing more than 90 days before the event, and if LA Mirage cancels you are refunded in full.
