In short: Kiriyanthan's sells a service, not goods for shipping. Catering is delivered in person, by our own team, at your event venue on your event date. Nothing you pay for through us is shipped by post or courier.
1. What is delivered
When you book catering with FOOD CAFE CATERERS (Kiriyanthan's), we deliver the service described in your quotation or booking confirmation: the agreed menu, prepared by us and served to your guests at the venue by our staff, with our serving equipment, followed by clean-up of the areas we use.
2. Where
- At the event venue named in your booking, such as LA Mirage Convention Center, Koratty, another hall, or your home.
- We serve venues in and around Ernakulam and Thrissur districts, Kerala. For venues further away, ask us. Any travel or transport charge is stated in your quotation before you book.
3. When
- On the event date and at the service times agreed in your booking. Our team arrives in advance to set up. For events at LA Mirage, arrival, set-up and service times follow LA Mirage's schedule for your event.
- Your booking is confirmed by email, phone or message once the advance is received. The confirmation states the date, venue, menu and guest count.
4. No shipping or courier
- We do not ship, post or courier food or any other goods, within India or abroad. There are no shipping charges or delivery tracking numbers.
- This website does not take orders. Online payments to FOOD CAFE CATERERS through Razorpay are for catering services booked with us, as set out in your invoice.
5. Completion of service
The service is complete when the agreed meal service at your event has been delivered. If something is wrong on the day, please tell our team at the venue straight away so that we can put it right. You can also contact Joby Johny at joby@kiriyanthans.in or +91 99472 32335.
6. If the event cannot take place
If the event is cancelled, postponed or cannot go ahead at the venue, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
