Every menu is agreed with you for your event. Prices are per plate, in Indian rupees, with GST at 5% added on the invoice.

Catering for weddings and functions at LA Mirage Convention Center, booked on la-mirage.in with your venue. Catering is invoiced separately in our name (FOOD CAFE CATERERS) and paid directly to us.

Menu card

Our menu card is shared on request. Menus are put together with each family or organiser for the occasion, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Call +91 99472 32335 or write to joby@kiriyanthans.in and we will send you the current menu and a quotation.

How pricing and payment work

  • Per plate. Your catering amount is the final guest count multiplied by the agreed per-plate rate for your menu, plus GST at 5%.
  • Advance. A catering advance of ₹15,000, including GST, confirms your booking.
  • Balance. You confirm the final guest count before the event, and the balance (final count × per-plate rate, plus GST, less the advance) is payable at least 7 days before the event date. Any minimum number of plates agreed in your quotation applies.
  • Extra guests. If your guest count goes up after the balance is paid, we issue a supplementary invoice for the extra plates, payable before the event.
  • Invoices and payment. All invoices are GST tax invoices issued in the name of FOOD CAFE CATERERS (GSTIN 32APFPJ3319B1ZL). Online payments are collected through Razorpay, directly into the account of FOOD CAFE CATERERS.
